Mount Argus: Bequests: George Tandy Wilkinson's Estate:

Mount Argus: Bequests: George Tandy Wilkinson's Estate: copy letter to Fr. Sebastian Slean, C.P., Rector, Mount Argus, from Rev. Fr. William Arthur Bolger, 8 Mansion Row, Old Brompton, Chatham, Kent, England in the matter. MS Copy. Fr. B. is a little upset: he makes the points, 1) only for him the CPs would have never known of the Wilkinson legacy; 2) he left matters to his solicitors as the experts; 3) bad law & all, they can't be blamed for following it; 4) he queries it was certain the judges would have (the Probate Judge?) ruled in favour of the CPs. 5) knows the Canon Law on the matters; 6) has decided anyway that this sum will pass to the CPs on his death if he outlives his sister; 7) he ask his solr. to make sure this happens in case he can't legally do so.
