AMECEA Reports

Reports, memoranda, and questionnaires collected and compiled by Monsignor Killian Flynn OFM Cap., secretary of the Association of the Members of the Episcopal Conference in Eastern Africa (AMECEA) principally about priestly formation in the constituent countries of Tanzania, Kenya, Malawi, Uganda and Zambia. Includes some images of receptions which were attended by Fr. Donal O’Mahony OFM Cap. The file also includes negative sheets for the prints.

Capuchin Missionary Apostolate Leaflet

Advertisement and leaflet re the Capuchin Missionary Apostolate in Northern Rhodesia. The leaflet contains a rudimentary map of Irish Capuchin mission stations along the Zambesi River. The advertisement was probably taken from 'The Father Mathew Record' periodical. It is noted that there are thirty-three Capuchin priests and eight lay brothers working in twelve mission stations in the Diocese of Livingstone.
