Endorsed on the final page with a declaration from MacNamara and Nicholas Daniel Murphy stating that the aforementioned sum of £475 was the ‘proper money’ of the Munster Bank Limited and that former was merely acting as a trustee for the said bank in the aforementioned deed of assignment. 21 Apr. 1879.
