There are two copies, (a) a photocopy and (b) an actual copy of the booklet given to the Archives by Oliver Kelly C.P., on 10/03/1976. The preface mentions that the hall was bought in 1960 by Mr. Cyril Harty who gifted it to the Archdiocese of Birmingham for use of retired priests, of which he is one
