Expenditure entries include accounts for the purchase of devotional manuals, scapulars, and habits for Order members. The accounts were periodically signed by Provincial Ministers at visitations.

Towards the end of the volume there is an account of subscription payments by members listed under baptismal names, names in religion, address and record of monthly contributions (1876-1891).
