He bequeaths £350 ‘for masses for my parents, brothers, sisters and self, to the guardian for the time being of the Friary, Kilkenny’ and appoints James Henry and the president of the Third Order attached to the Friary in Kilkenny as his executors. He leaves his books and manuscripts to the Capuchin Friary at Ard Mhuire, County Donegal. The file includes his stock and share certificates (for varying amounts) from the Dublin United Tramways Company, the Keystone Knitting Mills and the Irish-American Oil Company Limited.

The property is bounded to the north by the remainder of the Friary garden, to the east by a car belonging to Allied Irish Banks, to the south by an extensive development site owned by the proposed purchaser and to the west by the same development site.
