Ballot papers for elections of council members for the Third Order of St. Francis, Kilkenny. The file consists of a bound volume of completed ballot papers (tied together with chord) and a blank councillor election form (1932).

Monthly expenditure and receipt ledger for the Capuchin community, Walkin (later Friary) Street, Kilkenny. Income was principally derived from Church collections, mass bequests, Third Order subscriptions, and donations. The expenditure accounts include entries taken from day account books and relate primarily to routine household and maintenance expenses. The entries are periodically signed by the guardian and by Provincial Ministers at visitations.

Monthly expense account book for the Capuchin community, Friary Street, Kilkenny. Most of the entries relate to routine household expenses. The final pages of the volume include entries relating to monies accruing from the Quest (St. Mary’s Parish and St. Patrick’s Parish), the Dead List, and to money received for the ‘Friary Roofing Fund’.
