Monthly subscription book for the Third Order of St. Francis attached to the Capuchin Friary, Kilkenny. The entries are listed under names, amount of arrears (if any) and the amounts of subscriptions received. The record of monthly Third Order subscriptions runs from Jan. 1918-Dec. 1930. The volume also contains miscellaneous accounts including records of collections made by Third Order members at masses and subscriptions towards the cathedral repair fund, 1932-3.

Most of the income was derived from subscriptions (from isolated tertiaries), donations and mass collections. Expenditure entries include accounts for the purchase of devotional manuals, scapulars, and habits for Order members. The accounts were periodically signed by Provincial Ministers at visitations.
