An invitation to a reception for released prisoners of war to be held in the Mansion House in Dublin on 14 July 1917. The invitation is to Frank Fahy. The event was organised by the Irish National Aid and Volunteers’ Dependents Fund.

Includes figures for expenditure in respect of salaries, postage, and payments made to John English & Co., printers. The first part of the journal includes a list of promoters (possibly for 'The Capuchin Annual') and two inserts of accounts from 1938 which are seemingly unconnected to the Publications Office.
