The second portion of the volume consists of a monthly subscription record for 1937-46. The entries are listed under the name of the Third Order brother with a record of his monthly contribution.

Income and expenditure account book for the Third Order of St. Francis attached to the Capuchin Friary, Kilkenny. Most of the income was derived from subscriptions (from isolated tertiaries), donations and mass collections. Expenditure entries include accounts for the purchase of devotional manuals, scapulars, and habits for Order members. The accounts were periodically signed by Provincial Ministers at visitations.
