Twice yearly rental statement for Pilsworth estate trusts for half year until September 1880. Gives tenants' names, gale days, yearly rents, arrears due, total amounts due and received, and poor rates income tax allowed for each. Reverend Peter Duff of Saint Joseph’s, Blackrock, is named regarding the trusts.

List of rents payable on lands at Mullough, [?County Tipperary?]. There is a table of tenants, gale, rents, abatements, poor rates and nett receipts. The tenants are Miss J M Scully, J Fitzpatrick, R Behan, A Dunphy, T Deady, R Shea, T Corbett and M Hickey. The date of the gale days for all tenants is 1 May 1891. The monetary values for each of the other headings is filled in for each tenant.
There is also an account of 'cash received after Rental Annexed' which gives monetary values for head rent, rent charge, income tax, crown rent and agency commission.

Eight-page report letter from Thomas Morrissey CM, Provincial, St Joseph's Blackrock, to 'my dear Lord Archbishop' regarding his recent visitation to All Hallows College. Morrissey writes it is his first visitation to the College since the Vincentian Fathers took over its administration. Morrissey gives a report on his visitation, including a break-down of how many students have taken which subjects (theology, divinity, philosophy and rhetoric) over the last three years.
He gives his report under the headings of 'discipline', 'health', 'studies', 'finances' and 'property'.
There is also a typewritten transcription of the letter.
