Holy Cross Retreat, Ardoyne: Bishop McAllister From Ardoyne: answers to two queries from Bishop of D and C. (1) Is Ardoyne a full parish ? 2) Is it free from Episcopal Visitation of PARISH ? It asks what exactly are PAROCIAL Accounts ? It mentions 1 ) Fr Thomas 0'Connor,CP Consultor General arrived in Ardoyne 16 Jan. 1809 and left on 29th after a fruitless visit. 2) In jan 1821 Fr 'Wilfrid wrote fom Rome saying Card Sec had written to Bisnop McA. to settle.
