Letter from +Robinson to +McQuaid stating that the Bishop of Galway, Dr. Browne, has sent a proposal to the Holy See with regard to sponsoring six Lithuanian or Ukrainian students at University College Galway. He suggests that the balance of the monies held for the relief of Polish refugees in Ireland could be used as a contribution towards his proposal. He asks to know the current balance on the account and if the Red Cross still has it.
Typed letter to +McQuaid from L. O Muirthe, Dept. of Education, informing him that the Minister for Defence is permitting the re-occupation of Colaiste Einde, Galway, from 1August 1945.
