Farrell, Clontarf, from the Secretary saying that Mr. Roche is still at a loss to know whether or not to proceed with the lectures on anti-Communist Underground. Thinks it should be clear to Mr. Roche that these are not advisable. The reference to a more positive approach is to remind Catholics of the sufferings of the Church of Silence.
