Card. Consalvi te Dr. R. Laffan Announces the appointment of Dr. Robert Laffan as archbishop ef Gashel. (No mention of Emly) On the reverse side of Bull is a note, signed by Dr. Daniel Murray, to the sffect that he consecrated Dr. Laffan in Thurles en 6 July, 1823. (In Latin)
