              Conway, Marion, Eaglehill Ho., Suncroft, Curragh, Co. Kildare. She is complaining that Fr. Whelan interfered with her recently deceased brother, who did not want to make a will. She accused the priest, a solicitor and doctor of fraudulently writing a will which defrauded herself, her nieces and nephew of their rights. She asks the Archbishop to have this will undone immediately.

              -19 July 1966 Correspondence between Dr Gabrielle Clarke-Hanrahan, treating physician of Senator Miss Margaret Pearse then resident at Linden, and +AB concerning mis-understanding over the doctor’s request that the AB might visit Senator Pearse in Linden. +AB McQuaid thought that the visit might relate to a potential bequest from Senator Pearse and, on that account, expressed some reluctance to visit.
