Requests archbishop to sign petition to Holy See. He refuses on grounds of verbosity, repetition and irrelevance. Ernest Cronin OFM appointed Visitor of Pool Clares, official appointment in Latin enclosed, replaced by Fr. Alexis King Building modifications to Simmonscourt Rd monastery Correspondence re proposed transfer of sisters from Newry to Dublin and another from Dublin to England Former Poor Clare wrote to Secretariat of State, Vatican, asking permission to establish a secular institute. Letter forwarded to Archbishop McQuaid, no response in file. Two requests for dispensation, granted, documents removed to separate file.
