This file contains correspondence from Count Arthur Moore in which he states he is handing over the new industrial school building and nine acres of land around the school to the Fathers of Charity (Rosminians). The letter binds the Rosminians to use the school for charitable work. The file also contains a letter from Dominick Gazzola about the setting up of the school. The file also contains a document starting the `Rules and Regulations' for industrial schools in Ireland signed by John Morley. There are also letters referring to a grant of Pound3,000 and a letter from the Chief Secretary's Office to Count Moore refusing to allow the increase the size of the school from 100 children to 150.
