              Letter from +Sensi to +McQuaid regarding the 9th World Festival of Youth which is organised by the Communist controlled ‘World Federation of Democratic Youth’ which is to be held in Algiers in July. The organisers are making great efforts to get Catholic Youth movements involved. The leaders of these movements should be notified and directed not to send representatives. This notice is also being sent to Archbishop Conway as President of the Irish Hierarchy so he can bring it to their attention.
