              7-9 June 1961 Letter from Denis McAlindon, St. Columban’s Foreign Mission Society, Navan, providing three names for the position of Rector of the Filipino College, Rome. These candidates were selected after discussion with Fr. Connolly and include Fr. John Marley, Fr. Edward Allen and Fr. Michael Sinnott. The names were submitted to the Nunciature for consideration as it was felt only a priest working in the Philippines could do the best job.
