Mouly wishes to ascertain if there is any information in the Archives on the Irish College, Paris and in particular Fr. Higgins from Ardagh. +McQuaid replies that a new Archive has recently been opened and Mgr. O’Regan and Mgr. Curran will be asked to see if any items of relevance exist. One letter in French.
