Official announcement from the Apostolic Nunciature stating that Mgr. Patrick Mulligan, Vicar General of the Diocese of Clogher and Parish Priest of Machaire Rois, Carrickmacross, is to be the new Bishop of Clogher in succession to Bishop Eugene O’Callaghan, for reasons of age.
