Walshe, Ambasciata D’Irlanda, Roma. Mgr. Montini was overjoyed when told that you would see the Chapel through. Discusses the finance of the project. Feels the Irish bishops lack imagination and fears a negative answer. Senator Butler very supportive. She knows most of the German ministers and is a friend of Schuman, the French Foreign Minister.
