              Copy letter from +McQuaid to +Wright regarding the Boston Pilgrimage. He has heard nothing from +Cushing who he invited to stay at his house. He has learned that the travel plans have been altered and that the pilgrims will spend only two days in Dublin. He mentions a lunch at Clonliffe and a garden party, to be hosted by the Government, at Iveagh House. He hopes these arrangements will prove suitable.

              Letter from +Cushing to +McQuaid stating Cardinal Dalton has invited him to give the sermon at the 1500 anniversary commemoration of the death of St. Patrick. He cannot accept as he has been given an assignment in the West Indies. He asks for prayers for the National Seminary which is to be built in Boston and also for the Missionary Society of St. James the Apostle.
