Superiors proposed and insists on Visiting Sisters being professionally qualified. He recalls the Assumption was the only cong. ever to refuse "to assist me in providing amenities for the poor". But permission to Finglas is granted. A sister is dispensed from vows. Archbishop does not like proposed new habit- photograph included.
