Annotations, in the hand of McQuaid, suggest the lady is Mrs. Lily Cox, of the Diocese of Meath and she has written many such letters. She is well known to the clergy.

But permission to Finglas is granted. A sister is dispensed from vows. Archbishop does not like proposed new habit- photograph included.
