He wishes the Archbishop to join him afterwards in greeting President Sean T. O Ceallaigh and the other members of the Diplomatic Corps. He also mentions that Cardinal D’Alton is sending a telegram to the Holy Father, in the name of the Irish Hierarchy, in relation to Rinuccini.
