Letter from +Sensi to +McQuaid thanking him for copies of the regulations concerning the liturgy of the mass which will be observed in the Diocese from the first Sunday of Advent.

(at the request of pr. curtis) a copy of a rescript received from Rome. (He copies this out in his own hand for Dr. L.) This regards the retrenchment of certain holydays of obligation, such as the Mondays after Easter and Fentecost, the Feast of St. John the Baptist etc. Also concessions regarding the abstinence during Rogation days, and the Fast on wednesdays in Advent.
