MS translation ( with note by Salvian Nardocci on back) of a letter written by Cardinal Orioli, Prefect of Congregation of Bishops and Regulars, to Amadeus. Amadeus thinks he is being persecuted and rhe cardinal tries to console him and gives him some advice.,
