He<lb/>will make a complete survey and<lb/>then give an estimate of the cost<lb/>with this phase in the planning<lb/>I feel I can plan to leave Dublin<lb/>n August 3rd unless your Grace<lb/>would suggest otherwise<lb/>I have forwarded to Rev. Mother<lb/>the site plan and the price of<lb/>Edenmore and told her what<lb/>Mr. O Brien said regarding pay-<lb/>ment. He said that even after we<lb/>consent to the purchase it would<lb/>be another twelve months before<lb/>there would be need of money<lb/>Since S hope to return in Septem-<lb/>Rev G. W. further phases can be<lb/>worked out<lb/>In the meantime I shall be in<lb/>South Wales where I can be easily<lb/>r ched by letter should Mr. OBrien<lb/>or Mr Jones wish to reach me.<lb/>Did your Grace wish to see me<lb/>before leaving? You do know<lb/>that I shall be leaving with a<lb/>sensitive and grateful regard for<lb/>what you have done for me for our<lb/>dear Congregation and for the ad-<lb/>vancement of Holy Church August 11th<lb/>1951 and June 3rd. and 7th will be dates<lb/>that will be recalled with the deepest<lb/>and humblest gratitude. My run un-<lb/>worthiness has not prevented the loving<lb/>Providence of God from unfolding His<lb/>On Plan in my regard. Your Grace<lb/>I can only promise to continue to do for<lb/>you even more fervently what I have been<lb/>doing since 1951 With every personal<lb/>wish for your welfare and asking your<lb/>blessing, Your Grace I remain<lb/>Most respectfully in Mary<lb/>Your obedient I grateful child<lb/>S.M. del P azzi</p>
