The meeting was held at the Sancta Maria mission station, Lukulu, Northern Rhodesia. The file contains the following edition of this local newspaper: 23 Oct. 1948 (Vol. 55, No. 43). The edition carries reports on the celebrations of the tercentenary of the arrival of the Capuchin Order in Kilkenny including a sermon preached by Fr. James O’Mahony OFM Cap. on the history of the Capuchins in the city. The celebrations were attended by the Most Rev. Patrick Collier, Bishop of Ossory, Fr. Bonaventure McCafferty OFM Cap., Fr.
